8/29 Chest

Workout partner couldn't make it, so I had to adjust my workout a little.

DB Bench Press
50 x 15/50 x 15/60 x 12/60 x 12/70 x 10

DB Flies
30 4 x 12

Machine Flies
80 x 12/100 x 12/110 x 12

Machine Bench Press
100 3 x 12

Called it.  Normally do Tris today too, but did some pressing yesterday so decided to stop at chest.
