Highlights from the past week.
I'm am going to give it my all to try and keep up with this on a daily basis, but I've been super tired after working 9 hour days and working out after..
10/18 Squats - If I remember correctly I worked up to 335 x 1?
10/23 Deadlifts - Worked up to 385 x 3 (stopping at the bottom). 425 for reps this Sunday!
10/25 Box Squats - Worked up to 355 x 3. Squats are coming around. I think when I re-run 5/3/1 on Deads and Bench, I'm gonna run it with squats too.....
Off today in prep of Sundays monster deadlift day.....

315 was very smooth. Felt like I had prolly 2-3 more in me. Weight is up to around 192 and the strength is following.

My cardio is getting much easier. Might bump it up to 26 minutes soon. Feel so much better today than the last few days. I think my body is finally adjusted to this diet...

5/2/2011 - The Beginning
I created this blog to keep myself honest about my diet and workouts for the next 10 weeks. My goal is to drop my body weight anywhere from 15-20 pounds, but more importantly drop my body fat percentage to around 8%.
