9/11 Back/Aux

Deadlifts
135 x 5/185 x 5/225 x 3/275 x 3/315 x 12 (2 rep PR)

Some Aux stuff.  Main point today was establish a 1RM on deadlifts so I can start a deadlift program next week.

315 was very smooth.  Felt like I had prolly 2-3 more in me.  Weight is up to around 192 and the strength is following.
